Start with clean, dry skin. No lotion, no oil, no powder - this is the step most people skip, and it's the one that decides everything.
Place each cup lower and further out than you'd expect, against your chest wall rather than on the breast itself. The further out you place them, the more lift you get.

Adhesive bras don't fail randomly, and they don't fail because of your skin type or your size. They fail at one specific point - the outer top edge, where the weight of your bust pulls down on the glue until it lets go. It happens to almost everyone who buys the flat, stick-anywhere kind.
