Shipping & Returns Policy
RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of receipt. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials, liquids, or flammable substances
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@tryrefero.com. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with the return address.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted:
- Books showing obvious signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or audio recordings
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company and bank, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received it, contact us at support@tryrefero.com.
Sale and promotional items are not eligible for refunds. Only regular-priced items qualify.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. To request an exchange, email us at support@tryrefero.com and we will provide you with the return address.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
For items over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.
